Incremental hollow shaft encoder with ceramic hybrid roller bearings

The FGHJ 2 is an incremental hollow shaft encoder. The bearings of the FGHJ 2 are designed to provide higher load ratings to ensure it offers greater reliability and a long service life. In addition, the shaft with insulated hybrid bearings made of technical ceramics is also designed to ensure long-term durability. Thanks to the generously dimensioned axial terminal box the device is easy to configure with vibration-proof plug-in connectors utilizing spring cage technology. LEDs warn the user if faults occur in the supply voltage as well as when the output stage is overloaded. The FGHJ 2 is rated to protection class IP66, which means it is ideally suited for applications in salt-laden environments. It is possible to add an overspeed protection switch on request. The FGHJ 2 is designed for a maximum speed of 6000 rpm.
